About the role

As a Construction Engineer with us, you will work closely with the Business Manager and the Production Organization. You will play a central role in monitoring project progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring that our projects are executed with high quality and profitability. You will also provide important support in technical and construction law matters.

Responsibilities

• Participate in production planning and staffing
• Ensure that competency requirements are met
• Analyze legal aspects of contracts
• Monitor production progress
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities
• Support dialogue with clients in case of obstacles/disruptions
• Contribute to efficiency and quality in production
• Participate in final inspections
• Take responsibility for contracts and warranty measures
• Contribute to feedback on experiences
• Update project systems
• Follow up on KMA work and purchases according to procedures
• Act as a representative in projects and manage upselling/changes

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in similar tasks
• Technical competence and a good understanding of production processes
• Good knowledge of economics, including planning, budgeting, and follow-up
• Experience working with IT systems
• University degree in a relevant field
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B
